Stain your wooden doors with SamaN stain
1st Step: Strip your wooden doors
Before applying a finish to your wooden door, it's important to ensure the surface is bare wood. If it isn't, you'll need to strip it first.
2nd Step: Sand your wooden doors
Prepare your surface to remove any imperfections. You can sand with fine sandpaper (120-150 grit) to obtain a smooth surface. Always work in the direction of the wood grain.
3rd Step: Prepare the mixture
The 35 SamaN water-based dye colors can be combined in any proportion to create an infinite number of colors. These recipes are easy to follow. Simply mix the two colors in the proportions indicated on the chart using the graduated container provided in your SamaN mixing kit (60-003).

4th Step: Test the color
The color shown may vary depending on the preparation (sanding) and the type of wood. We recommend testing the color beforehand on a hidden area of the surface to be stained.
5th Step: Apply the dye
You can now apply a stain to the surface of your cabinet doors or furniture. You can use SamaN's water-based stain, which is designed to require only one coat to achieve the desired color.
Applying the dye using the SamaN sponge included in the 60-002 application kit is the most economical method. It is essential to stir the dye vigorously to ensure even pigment dispersion. Pour a small amount of dye onto the sponge included in the SamaN dye kit and wipe off any excess with the soft, clean cloth. Allow to dry for 1 hour.
You have now restored your door, which will be the envy of the entire neighborhood. In just a few easy steps, you have a stunning door that brings out all the natural beauty of the wood thanks to SamaN stain.
