Delivery costs
Delivery is free for orders placed online on our website. Paint-Depot.com Orders of $100 or more before taxes are free. For orders under $99.99 before taxes, the flat shipping cost is $17.50.
Delivery times
We prepare your order very quickly, on the same day if the order is placed during business hours or within 24 working hours if all products are in stock.
We generally use Canada Post and GLS - Dicom Express to ship our packages. Typically, these carriers deliver within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Furthermore, depending on the size of the package, orders are usually received within 48 hours (business days) of the order date, based on our experience.
Package tracking
As soon as your package leaves the Peinture-Dépôt warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the carrier (or tracking number), allowing you to follow the delivery of your package.
Our carriers
Although we use several carriers to ensure the fastest possible delivery service, we generally use Canada Post and GLS - Dicom Express to ship our packages. Peinture-Dépôt chooses the carrier based on various criteria such as the size and weight of the package, the expected delivery time, the ease of retrieving the package if you are not home, etc. For remote areas, we usually use Canada Post. The free shipping offer excludes delivery via Canada Post's Omnibus service (air delivery service).
