Delivery costs

Delivery is free for orders placed online on our website Peinture-Dépôt.com for $100 or more before taxes. For orders under $99.99 before taxes, the fixed delivery cost is $15.

Delivery Times

We prepare your order very quickly, the same day if the order is placed during business hours or within 24 business hours if all products are in stock.
We generally use Canada Post and GLS - Dicom Express to ship our packages. Normally, carriers deliver between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your location. Furthermore, depending on the size of the package, we typically receive deliveries within 48 hours (business days) of the order date.

Package Tracking

As soon as your package leaves the Peinture-Dépôt warehouse, you will receive a carrier tracking number (or tracking number) by email, allowing you to track your package's delivery.

Our Carriers

Although we use multiple carriers to ensure the fastest delivery service, we generally use Canada Post and GLS - Dicom Express to ship our packages. Peinture-Dépôt decides which carrier to choose based on various criteria such as the size and weight of the package, the expected delivery time, the ease of retrieving the package if you are not at home, etc. For remote areas, we usually use Canada Post. The free delivery offer excludes delivery by Canada Post's Omnibus service (air delivery service).

Claim

For any complaints regarding equipment breakage upon receipt of your package, please contact Peinture-Dépôt customer service by email. Please provide your order ID number. For our returns policy, please visit our "Returns" page.
